Collagen Induction Therapy
Training is either a 1 day or 2 day course depending upon your experience. If you have experience in micropigmentation or
are a Beauty Therapist level 3+, then it is a 1 day course. GREAT NEWS!! Even if you have no experience, then you can still
be trained over 2 days...and still get GUARANTEED INSURANCE if you successfully complete the course!
Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is also known as skin needling, skin rolling and derma rolling,
to name just a few. Alison chooses to call it CIT as that is the name of the original procedure founded by South African Plastic
Surgeon Dr Des Fernandes, through whom she trained!
CIT is fast becoming the 'must-have'
anti-ageing treatment and is a valuable 'add-on' procedure for you to offer your clients at your salon or clinic.
The training course is carried out in a single day for those with the above mentioned experience. You will find it
short...but inspiring! The training can be quite intense as it also includes theory as well as practical work. A maximum of
2 students may train at the same time. Models will be provided, but if there are 2 of you training, then you will act as models
for each other. It gives you a better understanding into how CIT feels to the clients.
If you have no experience,
don't worry! The extra day will allow Alison to teach you about the anatomy & physiology of the skin, health &
safety requirements, legal obligations and essential documentation.
A Certficate is issued
upon successful completion of the course, which will also GUARANTEE your insurance through Holistic Insurance Services.
